In the <em>Power On<\/em> newsletter this week, <span class=\"waslinkname\"><em><ins>Bloomberg<\/ins><\/em><\/span>\u2019s Mark Gurman reports that Apple is gearing up to announce new MacBook Pro models, the <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>redesigned Mac mini<\/ins><\/span>, the M4 iMac and a new iPad mini before the end of the month, and is targeting a release date of November 1 for \u201cat least some\u201d of these products.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gurman, we\u2019re likely to see a low- and high-end 14-inch MacBook Pro, both packing the M4 chips. There will also be a 16-inch high-end MacBook Pro. As for the Mac mini, <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>Gurman<\/ins><\/span> <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>previously<\/ins><\/span> reported that the upcoming <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>M4 Mac mini may be tiny<\/ins><\/span> compared to its predecessors, with a build roughly the size of an Apple TV box. The size reduction may also mean it <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>drops the USB-A ports<\/ins><\/span>. Following the fall releases, Gurman predicts Apple will have a bunch of other products ready for early 2025, including a 13-inch and 15-inch M4 MacBook Air, along with a refreshed iPhone SE and iPad Air in both sizes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It seems Apple has a slew of hardware announcements in store for us this fall.
