Anker issued a recall for its <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>321 Power Bank<\/ins><\/span> (PowerCore 5K, A1112) this week, saying, \u201cThe lithium-ion battery in the affected power banks can overheat, potentially causing melting of plastic components, smoke and fire hazards.\u201d Its audio brand, Soundcore, issued a recall for its <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>A3102 Speaker<\/ins><\/span> in Black as well.<\/p>\n<p>The company has apparently started notifying <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>customers<\/ins><\/span> who may own one of the affected devices via email, but you can double check the serial numbers \u2014 which are printed on the bottom of each device \u2014 using the above links to be sure. Anker says the issue applies only to a small number of devices manufactured between March and April of 2023. Also affected is a workplace conferencing device, the <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>AnkerWork A3302<\/ins><\/span> speakerphone, according to a <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>press release<\/ins><\/span>.
