Now, more than a month later, Stellantis has shared a first look at the 2024 Ram 1500 REV, and wouldn\u2019t you know, the pre-production model looks more like its gas-guzzling predecessors than the futuristic concept we saw at <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>CES 2023<\/ins><\/span>.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.worldtechguide.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/stellantis-reveals-pre-production-variant-of-ram-1500-rev.webp\" alt=\"An interior shot of the RAM 1500 Rev, showing off the truck's large infotainment unit. \" data-uuid=\"505da290-5f3c-39d4-94c7-30aba104784d\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption><\/figcaption><p>Stellantis<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>To start, the 2024 model doesn\u2019t carry over the prototype\u2019s \u201cbrutiful\u201d styling. Like Ford did with the <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>F-150 Lightning<\/ins><\/span>, Stellantis has played it safe. The Ram 1500 REV features more modern-looking front- and rear-facing lights, but that\u2019s about all that makes it look different from just about any other Ram in production right now. The interior of the vehicle is also more conservative. It doesn\u2019t have that futuristic edge that was present with the Revolution. Judging from the images Stellantis shared, the production variant also won\u2019t ship with many of the more outlandish features the automaker managed to find space for in the Ram 1500 REV concept. The new vehicle does come with a frunk though, so there\u2019s that at least.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"end-legacy-contents\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can reserve a pre-order spot for the 2024 Ram 1500 REV by placing a $100 deposit through the <span class=\"waslinkname\"><ins>Ram website<\/ins><\/span>. With deliveries not scheduled to start until late next year, there\u2019s plenty of time to wait for Stellantis to share more information before you make a decision about the EV.
